Okay I will be the first to admit I love this series by Bella Juarez. So much that I was excited to read the next installment blurb unread. And then I learned it was about a Domme. Okay so not my thing but I must admit that Ms. Juarez made me forget just who controlled whom in Tightrope, the sixth installment of the Black Ops Brotherhood series. I honestly did not expect to find a SEAL willing to trust enough to give up control. But Ms. Juarez made it seem so natural for Dan. I am not sure it would have worked without his history with Rio but boy did this story work on several levels. Dan knew he needed something that only Rio could provide and boy did he top from below, just long enough for Rio to understand not only what she needed but what she could provide. This story was complex as Dan and Rio found their way even as they struggled to protect innocents. Ms. Juarez continued the overlying story arc and gave us the action we have come to expect even as she provided additional layers to characters we have seen before along with the new. This story was well written and full of emotional depth. I thoroughly enjoyed the journey Rio and Dan took to find what works for them, even as it was unexpected. This story is well worth not only your time but also your money.

Once again Ms. Juarez writes an awesome book. Loved Dan and Rio's story. Well written and you can totally picture the scenes with the characters. This is a must read. I love how other characters from the other books in the series are in this book. The only think that I didn't need was all the logistic of the military. I didn't understand a lot of it. But it didn't effect my reading of the book and enjoying it. Get yours today.
The best Domme book I've ever read. Rio is not the typical Domme you see in most books. She is vulnerable and all womanly. She has her insecurities just like the rest of us women.

Dan is totally alpha male all the way. Strong Navy SEAL to the core. He just needs to submit to one woman. You can tell Bella knows what she is talking about. It's from her heart.

If you have ever been cautious to read a Domme book don't be with this one. You will see the difference right away.

Not to mention the continuing saga of the Black Ops Brotherhood men in their quest to keep America safe.
Rio is a take charge kick ass Border patrol agent. Lt. Dan Gamez is a super sexy, incredibly intelligent spec ops officer. Best buddies in High School reunite and sparks, intrigue, and a complex plot fly off the page to keep you turning the page long into the night. Not your average romance. Ms Juarez is a master at setting the hook to keep the intrigue and plot twists coming. This is the sixth installment in her Black Ops Brotherhood series. It can easily stand alone but to truly appreciate the series read it in order as the characters continue to appear in subsequent books. Kudos Ms Juarez for another outstanding installment to the series.

Ms.Juarez is high on my must buy list. Lt.Dan is fighting J.J. And Alex for my favorite hero in this series.
Lt. Dan Gamez is a alpha as they come. All go, no quit could be his personal motto. It comes as quite a surprise to find out that the woman of his dreams is even more alpha than he is, and it only makes Dan burn hotter for Rio. Rio Jenson is a border patrol agent back in their hometown and when Dan comes to town for his high school reunion, Rio can't help but wonder what if. What if he wasn't her brother's best friend?

As Dan gets to know Rio again, he's amazed at how confident she seems to be, how she manages her life as a K-9 officer as well as a CBP agent with seemingly endless amount of energy. He realizes that not only has Rio always held his heart in her hands, he now knows she's the other, the better half of soul. Explaining his needs to Rio takes more of him than he's ever given another human being, even to the Navy. As Rio digests this information, she realizes that her strength is exactly what Dan needs to be complete.

Through the twists and turns, the love between Dan and Rio is never in doubt, nor is the respect they have for each other.
